Refunds & Returns Policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
you do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
you receive the wrong item
you do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
CONTAINER
Client representative present at all times to confirm product during loading and sealing the container with seal number.
NATIONAL REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
If you change your mind and wish to return the products, goods you purchased online on this e-commerce online retail store website you can do so on the following terms and conditions:
- You have up to 7 days from the day you received your order to return it without penalty
- The product, goods need to be in unused condition and in their original sealed packaging.
- All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they are suitable for a refund.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any products, goods.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
- If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed on the original method of payment.
- Credit will be applied to your credit card if that was your method of payment.
- We may ask you for your bank details if your method of payment was by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
- Refunds Claims may take up to 7 working days to process.
- Cost of delivery are non-refundable.
- After 7 days, you can only return a product if it is defective.
